Privacy Policy
How we handle data on the site and in Chrome extensions. Short and to the point.

1. Who we are
Tentek (“we”) builds Chrome extensions and browser tools at https://tentek.pro. Contact: kayratdesign@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
The tentek.pro website and Chrome extensions under the Tentek brand (including 2GIS Parser, Tentek Video Downloader, Webflow tools, and archived extensions). Individual Chrome Web Store listings may include an additional policy that takes priority for in-extension data.
3. What data we collect
On the site: hosting technical logs, analytics (for example Yandex Metrica — page views and goals), and email content if you write to us. In extensions: processing is local in your browser by default. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Extensions and local data
2GIS Parser and similar tools store collected organizations and settings in browser storage on your device. Export files are saved to your computer. Tentek Video Downloader saves media to your device; tab access is only used to detect downloadable files on supported sites.
5. Why Chrome permissions are needed
Permissions are requested only for the extension’s features (reading relevant pages, saving files, storing settings). The full list is on the extension’s Chrome Web Store page.
6. Analytics and cookies
The site may use Yandex Metrica to understand traffic and install-button performance. You can limit collection via browser settings and blockers.
7. Subscription payments
If a product offers a paid subscription, payment is processed by a third-party provider (for example Telegram Tribute). We do not store card details. Payment and cancellation terms are set by the provider and inside the product.
8. Third parties
We may use hosting, analytics, and payment services under their own policies. Extensions are not products of 2GIS, Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms they may interact with.
9. Retention and security
We use reasonable safeguards. Absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed. Extension data stays under the control of your device and browser account.
10. Your rights
You can uninstall the extension, clear site data in your browser, and email us about data processing. Where additional rights apply (for example GDPR), we will review requests within a reasonable time.
