Any page on vk.com that plays a video.
Click the Tentek icon
The extension lists every file it detected on the page.
Pick quality and download
The file is saved straight to your computer.
If something went wrong
The extension finds no video
Hit play and let the clip run for a couple of seconds. Until the player starts fetching the file there is nothing on the page to save. Still nothing? Reload the page once and try again.
A video behind a login is not detected
Sign in on the site. The extension sees exactly what your browser can reach, and it does not work around access limits.
The file came out silent
That means only the video track was taken. Pick the entry marked video+audio and the picture and sound are muxed into one file. On the free tier these downloads are rate-limited: the muxing happens on your machine and costs resources.
