If something went wrong
The extension finds nothing on ok.ru
Usually the player has not started fetching the file yet. Hit play and let the clip run for a couple of seconds — before that there is nothing on the page to save.
Only 360p is offered even though the video is HD
The OK.ru player loads quality on demand: while you watch in a small window it pulls the light track. Go full screen, pick the quality you want manually and let it play — the up-to-1080p entry then shows up in the list.

A video in a closed group will not download
You need to be a member of the group and signed in. The extension does not work around access limits — it handles what your browser can already see.
The file is named as a string of digits
OK.ru does not ship a human-readable filename with the video, so the identifier from the link is used instead. Turn on page-title naming in the extension settings to get something readable.
