Payments and license keys
If your payment went through but no key appeared, or the key does not activate, email support from the address used at checkout and include your order number or payment ID. We will find the payment and restore your key.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. To request a refund, email support from the address used for the purchase.
Rights holders
Tentek does not host or distribute any videos. If you believe the tool is being used to infringe your rights, email kayratdesign@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright / DMCA" and describe the content concerned. We review every notice.
